/tasks command

Introduction

This command helps you manage and organize tasks. You can create new tasks, update existing ones, and keep track of what needs to be done. It’s a great way to ensure you stay on top of your responsibilities and deadlines.

How to use

  1. Initiate the Command: In your Google Chat, type /tasks to start managing your tasks. This command allows you to create, update, and organize tasks efficiently.
  2. Specify Your Task Details: Clearly define the task you want to create or manage. You can include details such as the task description, deadline, and any other relevant information.

Example:

/tasks create "Prepare the presentation for Friday's meeting" for me and @Shamshad
  1. Manage Your Tasks: Once your task is created, you can update its status, set reminders, or mark it as completed. This helps you keep track of your responsibilities and ensures nothing is overlooked.

Example

  • If you need to create a task for reviewing a document by Friday, you can use:

    /tasks create "Review the quarterly report by Friday"

    This will add a task to your list with the specified deadline.
