Use Threads in Google Chat​

  • Hana always remembers history in threads, so you can continue the conversation on the thread topic anytime in the future

    • This is one of the best things about Hana

    • You can create threads in your space topic wise and keep chatting with Hana on the topic along with every space member for almost as long as you like

    • We recommend you do not make the threads longer than 100 messages as this will cause Hana to respond slower and slower

Always Mention People When Using Hana​

  • It is critical to mention the people when interacting with Hana
  • That way she is able to retrieve their Google User ID and respond accordingly as per their messages in the chat history
  • She might not able to reply as effectively if you only type the names of people without mentioning them
  • Mentioning example: Google chat space mention other users
